Merchant Services in New York: Credit Card Processing Without the Hidden Fees
Traditional pricing is the setup you already know: you absorb the processing cost. With us you stop paying more than you need to, and you know your real rate from day one.
What we do differently
A merchant service provider is the financial company that processes your payments. A merchant consultant helps you optimize the setup: reduce fees, review statements, and choose the right hardware. We are the second kind. We are not chasing the lowest quote in your inbox. We read your statement first, line by line, find what is actually costing you, then match you to the program that fits how your business runs.
Who traditional pricing fits
It works best where transactions are high ticket, B2B, mostly online, or where you simply do not want your customer to bear the cost of processing. If your business is a simple counter transaction, a cash discount program may save more. We will model both.
What you get either way
Seamless payments
Tap, chip and swipe, plus e-invoices and recurring billing for online clients.
Transparent pricing
You know what you will pay from day one, with no long-term contract.
A dedicated merchant account
No shared accounts, no frozen funds. You control your cash flow.
Fast funding
Get paid within 1–2 business days and keep cash flow moving.
Compliance handled
PCI DSS standards and local payment compliance handled as part of the setup.
Personal support
A partner who picks up when you need them, not a queue.
Know your real rate first
Processors quote a headline rate and then bill you on other lines with more fees. The number that matters is one figure: total fees charged ÷ total card volume = your effective rate. If you cannot find it, or it is higher than you expected, start with our guide on reading your own statement, or if your rate has crept up, see why processing rates go up.
How we get paid
Our compensation comes entirely from our California-based processing partner, PayBotX, as a percentage of processing volume. Our advice costs you nothing, and because we only earn when you keep processing, our incentive is to get the setup right the first time.
Find out what you are really paying
Send your most recent processing statement. We will mark up every fee and show you your effective rate, free.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. We believe in earning your business every month.
How long does switching take?
Usually under a week from application to a working terminal on your counter. Underwriting takes a day or two, and equipment is fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of approval, arriving fully programmed and encrypted.
What businesses is this for?
Any business that takes credit cards, including restaurants, cafés, retail, salons, gyms, contractors, auto shops, medical practices, lawyers, accountants and e-commerce.
What does the statement analysis cost?
Nothing. We review your statement for hidden fees, surcharges and buried costs, and tell you your real effective rate, with no obligation.
Do you only work in New York?
We are based in Brooklyn and set up businesses in the five boroughs in person. Everywhere else, including the tri-state area and all 50 states, we onboard remotely by video call.
