This policy explains what 5 Apollo LLC collects when you use this website or send us a merchant statement, what we do with it, who else sees it, and when we delete it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you submit our contact form, that means your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field. If you upload a merchant statement, we receive that document as you send it.

We do not collect anything automatically beyond standard web server logs, and we do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

What is in a merchant statement

Merchant processing statements generally do not contain your customers' card numbers. They typically do contain your business name, your merchant ID, your processing volume and fee history, and in many cases the bank account used for your deposits.

You can black out your bank account number before sending. We do not need it to calculate your effective rate or prepare a comparison, and we would rather not hold it. Nothing else on the statement needs to be redacted for us to do the analysis.

What we use it for

Your contact details are used to respond to you about your inquiry. A statement you send is used to calculate your current processing costs, identify fees, and prepare a comparison or quote. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us a statement, and we do not use your information to build any profile beyond what is needed to answer your question.

Who can see it

Form submissions are received through JotForm, and access to that account is limited to 5 Apollo. No third-party marketing tools, advertising platforms, or data brokers receive your information.

There is one circumstance in which your statement may be seen by someone outside 5 Apollo: if preparing an accurate quote requires additional pricing review, we may share it with PayBotX LLC, our processing partner, for that purpose only. PayBotX handles it under its own privacy terms. We will not share your statement with anyone else, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone under any circumstances.

If you go on to open a merchant account, the information required to underwrite it is provided to PayBotX and the sponsoring bank and processor through their own application process, which is separate from this website and governed by their terms.

How long we keep it

If you do not move forward, we delete your statement and the associated submission within 90 days.

If you become a client, records are retained as long as necessary to service the account and to meet any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner than that at any time, and we will.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We limit who can access them, we do not copy statements into other systems, and we delete them on the schedule above. We do not claim that any method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, because none is.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. The contact form is provided by JotForm and may set cookies necessary for the form to function; JotForm's own privacy terms govern that.
